IELTS is a must. Therefore, attend the testing and obtain best possible results. IELTS General for PR and IELTS Academic for Studies.
You can use IDP center or British Council. Use google for sample IELTS test questions and Youtube for more visual listening and speaking trainings.
Those who chose Canada, can use Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (CELPIP), which is pretty easy compared to IELTS.
You can google and locate CELPIP test centers in UAE and SL as well. But remember, this test result can be only used for Canada.
2. Get your Education Certificates attested by WES (if you are eyeing Canada). Use website https://www.wes.org/ca/eca/
